Good morning, everyone!
I had a good day yesterday - did a half-hour of Tae Bo, followed by 20 minutes of yoga. It was my first time for yoga, and it was more difficult than I thought it would be! Didn't make it all the way through the tape, but I will!!! Balance and flexibility are a couple of things I could use more of...
I noticed some other folks trying new activities, too! TigH worked on "guy pushups"; Dizzy-Disney4 ordered a new Pilates for Dummies dvd (Hey, that sounds about my speed
); MBFergie added walking/jogging IN THE FLORIDA HEAT to her routine; Mom2Princesses did her first Curves workout; and on another thread, Fantasia Sam tried a new water workout!
Wow! What a super-duper bunch!
I'm so excited to be part of this, I can hardly wait to log on in the morning. Thank you all for being such an inspiration to a new exerciser like myself. You're the best!
So, what did everyone do yesterday? Post it here! And even if you didn't do anything, but you want to start today, tomorrow or next week, write it down! Speaking from experience, seeing it in writing makes it harder to ignore
Have a super day,
Daisy
