Good morning, all!

Well, another day, another four-mile WATP. I think I'm starting to sound like a broken record - and I love it!!!:bounce:

Tiggerlover had such a great post the other day about "the little things" that start to happen as we get in shape. And it's so true! We went to dinner at a friend's house last night, and it was the first time in a long time I didn't feel panicked about how I looked. It's only been seven pounds so far, but wow! I feel pretty darn good about myself!!!:teeth:

And we SHOULD feel good about ourselves! You WISHers are amazing - you get up every day and make great choices for your life. And seeing that keeps me moving, too. THANK YOU!!!

So keep up the awesome work and tell me what you did yesterday. I can't wait to hear!!!

Daisy;)

I walked 90 minutes along the beach yesterday. It was so nice out!

I did my 1/2 hr workout at Curves - tonight is my night off for the week....

Cindy - no fair!! I wish I could walk on the beach!!

Daisy - way to go!! 7 lbs is nothing to sneeze at!!

Have a great day!!

I did the 2 mile WATP yesterday and then worked my biceps and triceps by playing a game of darts with dh. As I haven't thrown darts in about 8 years, I had to do a lot of extra throwing to get the scores I needed!! Besides, all that walking back and forth. That adds something, no?

I only walked 1 mile on the treadmill last night, but the first 5 minutes I jogged. I thought I was gonna die after 1 min but I made it to five. My calves and ankles hurt pretty bad afterwards and my calves are still a little sore today.

Yep, I wish I had a beach to walk on, too!! Well, I did my Zumba beginner DVD yesterday-felt great!!!
You guys really inspire me-I have worked out everyday this week!!
Thank you!!!
Have an awesome day!!!:p

Ah, the only exercise I did yesterday was sign my name a bunch of times when we refinanced our house! :) Woo-hoo! Other than that, I didn't do any exercise at all! D'oh!

I jogged 2.5 miles and did 20 mins upper body yoga sculpt DVD. That was enough - I have been volunteering at VBS all week and it's wearing me out!! But it's done and tonight I have a relaxing evening planned with DH! wooo hooo!!!

Curves in the morning, 2-miles WATP, crunches and weights in the afternoon!! Woohoo!! only problem is I think I'm getting too much muscle now!!! Nah, that would never happen!

Happy Friday everyone and keep up the good work!
CC

I did. :) Almost didn't again, but after an hour and a half of reclining on the couch and resting, I felt better enough to do a routine. :) Got 25 minutes of yoga in, followed by 10 of Tai Chi. :)

Once again I did my 1 mile WATP tape (but with weights for the first time).

I need to lose 1 lb. in the next three days to achieve my mini-goal in conjunction with the other 20 lb. losers. Therefore, I think that tonight I'll give the 2 mile a try (for the first time).

Wish me luck!

me me me
20 x's around the "gerbil track" - takes about 1/2hr to do 10x's
Its hard for me in the mornings when I take DS to camp (40min roundtrip) to get out and walk in the morn but I did walk 20x's last night
and I mowed for an hour - we have a pushmower so yes it is exercise for me

2 WATP miles for me! Does carrying boxes up and down the stairs at school count? If so, I can add that as my weight training. ;)

I said I would do it and I did it - 2 mile WATP and advanced pilates!!! I'm not sure if I'm going to do something today or take the day off. We'll see how much energy I have when I get home!

Me too!!!

At the gym - elliptical 20 minutes, arms and back on Nautillus machines. I'm feeling that today!

I did fun exercise yesterday! DH & I went to Lake Compounce Amusement park & ran around like a couple of 12 year olds riding roller coasters, going on water slides & everything else we could find for 8 hrs. I didn't have my pedometer so I'm not sure how far we walked, but it was a lot more walking than I would have normally & a lot of climbing! :earseek: We were both exhausted last night, but we had a great day!

I did my usual Power 90 sculpt 3-4 and then did Billy Blanks Abs and Hip advanced tape, got to love that Billy!!! I am so waiting for the weather to cool down so I can start my walking plan again, can't take the heat at all. Great job to everyone who worked out..It is so interesting to see what every one else does to stay in shape.
