A bit late getting to the 'puter today, but I had another super day yesterday - four miles of WATP, followed by an abs workout. I started to work on my butt, but... well, I just got too tired. The GOOD NEWS is that today is another day to try it!!!
Wow! Rajah's exercise clippies have started quite a stir! They are sooooo cool. Now, I'm no official decision-maker type, but does most everyone feel okay starting with a slightly retroactive clippie? Meaning, no matter how long you've been exercising, as long as it's at least a week, we can all start with the one-week clippie? Personally, I like that idea.
Plus, it nearly took an act of heaven for me to figure out how to get the clippie on there (computer whiz? I think not...
) and I'd just as soon keep it now that I've got it on there
Anyway, here's hoping a new clippie is just the thing to keep all of us WISHers up and moving! Tell me what you did yesterday, and thank you, thank you, thank you for being such an inspiration in my new way of life!!!

I've reached the 1 week point, and not only have I reached my goal of exercising at least 2 hours during the week, I put in at least 20 minutes every day (except 1, when I only did 8, but I still did something!)!
