Hi everyone,

Wow! Sort of missed out on posting this morning - I had to be at a meeting across the state, and just got back! But I did manage to do 4 miles of WATP yesterday, so I'm excited about that!!!

I hope you've all been feeling good about exercise. What a great choice to make!!! And my nomination for Trooper of the Week goes to Tara (lmhall2000) who ran a looooong mile to beat a thunderstorm home! Holy cow!

So now that today is almost over  what did everyone do yesterday for activity? Say it loud, say it proud - YOU DID GREAT! Thanks for keeping me motivated, everyone!!!

Daisy;)

I walked 2 mi with DH. I really didn't want to go, which is unusual for me, but I'm glad I went. Exercise is a great stress reliever, & I was really stressed. The exercise helped me keep things in perspective.

I totally agree with your nomination of Tara as Trooper of the Week!!!

Me too, me too! I was telling my sister about Tara's story tonight and she just kept saying, "WOW" over and over! Way to go, Tara!!!

Yesterday I did lunges and squats and plies (sp?), crunches (woo-hoo!!!), went rollerblading for an hour and 4 minutes, and then power walked 3.5 miles last night. Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. We are supposed to measure tomorrow (it will be one month since last time) so I am pretty excited about that too!)

I did it I did it I did it! I survived my first real exercise program in 5 years yesterday. :) Went to my first class on Yoga and felt *fantastic* afterwords. I really can't fully describe how it felt, but it felt great and I can't wait to do that again! :)

Yippeeee Skipppeee, Great job to all of you, I too along with my DW exercised on the treadmill 30 min. and she even went one better by doing another 15 on the cross-trainer while I hit the old abs machine......

On Wed. I started doing my Pilates tape again and went to Curves! I haven't missed an exercise of some type day since last Friday!
