Hello all,

Another day of personal successes Friday - I did the four-mile WATP and managed to keep my portions to normal human size at dinner last night! I have to keep telling myself, just because I CAN pack it away doesn't mean I SHOULD...

I have to tell you all, it's so inspiring to see other WISHers pushing themselves (in a good way) to do just a bit more activity each day. Mishoe01 is getting healthy in spite of a sore foot (take it easy there, Monica!), and firecracker and honeymo78 both decided to go just that little bit further yesterday. And then there's Luvinit, trying to go faster on her elliptical without falling off :p

GREAT WORK, EVERYONE :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc All of you deserve a big round of applause for getting active! CONGRATULATIONS!

So, keep me motivated and tell me what you did yesterday - and thanks for being you!!!

Mirgaine yesterday and therefore no exercise. Barely any activity at all!
 
I did my 50 min on the treadmill yesterday. Sending you all PD for a great weekend.

Went for a walk outside, not my usual route but I think about 1.5miles based on the time it took me (30mins). I also worked arms, abs and for the first time chest presses.
 
I did my 30 minutes of step with 3 pound dumb bells and 40 minutes of pilates. (20 minutes basic and 20 minutes buns and thighs).
 
Yaaaay for everyone! Daisy, this thread is so motivating! Thanks for all the great energy you put into it! :)

Yesterday I did crunches and then went rollerblading. It was my off day for lifting weights. Both workouts were great!
 
I did 3+ miles on elliptical, 40 minutes and then full body workout. I know I need to take a break for a day but I have my best friends surprise b-day party tonight and I got to order all the food. Not the best idea since I've eaten soooooooo healthy for the last 5 months and everything sounded so awesome. Tonight I may splurge so I'm off to workout now...maybe tomorrow I rest if I'm not to awfully bad tonight.

Great work everyone!!! I walked my 3 mile course, then did ab work....feels wonderful, doesn't it???
