GREAT morning, everybody!
Thank you all for the push yesterday! I especially appreciated TigH's cheer (compliments of Bugs Bunny) and Rajah's challenge. It worked! I did three miles of WATP and I felt SO DARN GOOD after I was finished! Wow, the power of the WISH board...
So, the weekend is almost upon us - who exercised yesterday? And who's going into the weekend with an active, healthy, positive outlook on life? You, that's who!!!

I was feeling quite proud of myself if I am allowed to say that. I followed it up with just 10 situps (I really didn't want to over do those to start).
) I finally feel like I have the energy to DO this stuff!
