Wow, is my house clean! I didn't have time to WATP yesterday, so I really made my big housecleaning day count! Abs in, posture good, bend and lift with the legs, all that stuff. My arms are even a little sore today from scrubbing!!!
It's amazing how much activity we can squeeze into a day if we make an effort, even if it's not traditional exercise! Going to the zoo, walking around the local fair (or Disney!
), walking the dog or cleaning the house - they all make a difference!!! I think one of the best ways to burn calories is when you don't notice you're doing it
And, alas, monsoon season continues here in Maine - but what about other parts of the country? Are you getting active outside? Tell it here! Are you working out inside? Tell it here, too!
