:wave: 1 hour at the gym for me today, I went 5 miles on the elliptical and did my stretching. I also have been super cleaning the house so I am pooped for the day.

How about it exercisers, did you get moving today?
 
I just got back from a 20 min walk with my boys. It is HOT here today!! It looks like we are going to have to start walking earlier in the morning or in the evening.
 
Well after taking 3 days off (boy my body could tell) I went to the gym today and did 32 minutes on the treadmill, 32 on the eppitical and the weight circuit for almost 7000 pounds.
 
I can't believe I get to post on the exercise thread!:D

Did 35 minutes of brisk walking with my friend. It felt really good.

sap1227.............ok, don't rub it in. :teeth: I had to walk in 40 degrees last night. If you want to cool off, just come north. Fall has come and we never even had summer. :rolleyes: :)
 

I did the FIRM Complete Muscle Shaping this morning.
 
Well, I haven't *yet*. I usually exercise before I eat anything, but today I got busy and didn't. So, I'm posting now to remind myself to exercise before today is over!
 
Today I worked out my biceps and triceps and went for a 2 mile walk. Plus, I did some yard work and cleaned and mopped my kitchen. I'm worn out.:teeth:
 
So, I am posting here to make myself accountable and get off my behind and do it~~ I wil post again after I have finished my exercise~~~

I am back!!! And I am really sweaty!! Yeah me!!! I did the 2 mile WATP today, first time ever!! I didn't quite make it through all of the movements...but I did make it through the workout

Thanks Debbi for starting this thread today....it helped me get my exercise in. Good job to all who got out there and got moving!!!!

Hi!

Today I ran 1 mile, did my stretching & qigong & upper body workout, and rode my recumbent bike 2.5 miles.

Congrats to all exercisers!

I did the 2 mile WATP for Abs video. I don't have the belt tho so, I doubt it did anything for my abs. At least it was a little different 2 mile routine.
 
It's midnight and the late night exerciser has struck again. 4 miles on the treadmill with interval training throughout and jogging 2 miles straight of the 4 miles.

Liz, I am proud of you for working out even when you didn't want to!! That is great! I was getting ready to PM you until I saw your update. ;) Now didn't you feel better after working out???? You are doing a great job my friend!!
 
I was running late today, so I only did 20 minutes on the elliptical, which was a bummer...I will be better tomorrow. I also did my crunches...125 of 'em! They always feel so good to do...one day i iwll have nice abs! I must say I am proud of myself for even going to work out...it would have been so easy to skip it today! Great job to all who really got out there!

18,100 steps for the day - got outside for 1/2hr before I left for work
 
I did my WATP yesterday for 20 minutes. Felt really good to be exercising again!
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.2 miles in 37 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:
 
Well, I did not do a formal exercise program yesterday, but we were in New York City yesterday, and we walked all over the place. We walked from the Port Authority over to 5th Ave,up 5th back down, then back over to Broadway (saw the Producers it was great) and then we walked around Broadway and Times Square and over the the Four Seasons for Dinner. It was a great day, the weather was great. But we did keep up a nice pace so I figure it was worth considering exercise.
 
I'm going to post this now, because later, after my walk, I will have to get ready in a hurry for a baby shower tonight.

35 minutes walking in the neighborhood. :)
