Who exercised Wednesday 3/3?

I walked 90 minutes on the treadmill, did a slower pace than I have been because I wanted to do a long walk today. I did 4.25 miles!

I did the FIRM cardio sculpt in the morning and 2 mile WATP in the afternoon. :D
 
My first day of exercising in a couple of weeks... my friend called and asked if I wanted to walk in the park. We started on a trail that said "2 miles" and we thought that was round trip. NOT! It was two miles each way! I was proud of making it, but my legs were not thankful!

20 minute brisk walk at lunch time and the 2 mile WATP tape in the evening.
 

Kept it up, this was my 4th day in a row (GO ME)! 30 minute 3 mile run at the track! Sweating all the way!!

Not much but it's something. Did some Tai Chi warmup again. Gotta work back up to the point of being able to do the actual Tai Chi movements instead of just the warmup.
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning and Curves after work. :cool:
