My first day of exercising in a couple of weeks... my friend called and asked if I wanted to walk in the park. We started on a trail that said "2 miles" and we thought that was round trip. NOT! It was two miles each way! I was proud of making it, but my legs were not thankful!
Not much but it's something. Did some Tai Chi warmup again. Gotta work back up to the point of being able to do the actual Tai Chi movements instead of just the warmup.
