:wave: I made my trek to the gym and got in 50 minutes of cardio. How about you?
 
I did 45 mins of Pilates/strength. I am going to the gym for my cardio when I take DD there at 3:30. I may even squeeze in som more strength while i'm there.

I did make it to the gym. Did 30 mins on the elliptical, and 20 mins on the weight machines! It felt good.

I jsut finished my first time ever WATP tape. I did the 1 mile walk, next time I'm doing the 2 mile...the 1 was a bit easy.
 

I walked 1/2 mile on the treadmill this morning, plus I walked the dog outside for 20 minutes. I need to get some type of video to work with though.
 
I did the FIRM Maximum Cardio Burn plus abs.
 
got outside this morn for (3) 1/2hr walks
my pedometer is already showing 18,340 steps and I still have to go back to work for 3.5hrs
 
gracious! 18,000+ steps! wowser!

I'm heading out to the Y to try a 45 mins pilates class. Didn't make it out for a walk today, and now it's raining.

High-five to all you fat-burners! burn baby burn!!!
 
Just got back from the Y...I did the weight circuit and 4.33 miles on the treadmill....boy am I tired!
 
Hi everyone-great work.
I took yesterday off (from exercising) for the first time in 3 weeks. I was a bit disappointed, but my body felt too burnt out to do even a half-hour. So I was back at it today with 2 miles in 30 minutes on the treadmill; then a weight routine for my legs & upper body; and 100 cunches. The second part took me another 1/2 hour, so that was a full hour of exercising and I feel good.:D
I have a tendency to push my self like I am still 20, and I am double that so I have to cut myself a little slack now & then.::yes::

I walked just under 1 mile outside today, and have been sitting on my exercise ball for the last 1/2 hr (still there as I type this). I've heard that this is a good way to work on your abs/core (have to deal with balancing yourself and keeping good posture).
 
Today finished out at

21,200 steps !!

This is actually what I had been doing on my good days last fall - (3) 1/2hr walks besides my normal walking around - but this was the 1st time I could actually see in steps what it was doing
 
I pretended I was a furniture mover & hauled almost all my furniture into the kitchen so we could get the carpet cleaned. :earseek: Moving sure is a lot of work! The carpet still isn't dry yet, so tomorrow I'll be moving it all back, & what I don't move back into place, I'll be packing for our move. I was going to do crunches tonight, but I've got an excuse - the carpet's still too wet! :crazy:
I know what I did today isn't my regular workout, but man am I tired!
