Let's hear it!

Two workouts for me, walking/jogging for 40 minutes in the morning and a Curves workout after work.

Keep on moving!
 
I did 20 minutes of WATP. Tried to do the 3 mile but only made it to 1.5. Felt good to at least get moving!
 
I walked a mile during my lunch hour at work!
 

I got in approximately 20 minutes on the treadmill
