:wave: Just back from the gym and doing my 45 minutes of cardio?

Anyone else?
 
Today was my second day on my exercise program. Today I learned:

Get a sweatband!
 
I did Body Sculpt (45 minutes) by The Firm. My goodness! What a workout. I hadn't done this video in about months and I was really feeling my thighs burning. Actually, everything was burning. I finished around 9 AM and my legs are still feeling it.

I guess that's good, hee! hee!

Another treadmill session - one mile (only the second day). Mostly walking, about 1/4 mile jogging.
 

Especially those who are just starting an exercise lifestyle -- that is the hardest part -- STARTING!!

Today I did toning with Denise for 40 mins and Day 3 of 8 min in the morning!
 
I went to Curves and did the circuit. They have a new machine at my Curves - the lateral lift. That was ok.
 
I did the WATP yoga walk - it was 1 mile walk then 15mins of yoga stretches. Definitely a change from my usual routine.

I tried to do my WATP tape for the 2nd day in a row. I learned that my arms and shoulders need a day off at least between tape sessions if i want them to do the weights. And i learned that when my legs do to the tape they don't want to do the PIlates, even if i wait several hours b4 making them try. So all my parts get the day off tomorrow. And with luck my arms and shoulders will be ready to do the tape again on Friday.
 
I did 2.37 miles on the treadmill and about 4 laps in the pool. Tomorrow I go in for my fitness assesment to learn the circuit machines....yeah!
 
I did 1 hour & 15 minutes on the treadmill. I alternated walking and jogging - did 5.5 miles!! :Pinkbounc
 
I went to Curves too. :)
 
another 4 mile run day, then 15 mins walking, and crunches. feelin good :bounce:
 
I took a 40-minute jog in the morning, and did a Curves workout in the evening.
 
I went to the gym (chest and tricep day), did the elliptical trainer for 20 minutes, walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes and then did abs. Good work out!
 
I did my 2 mile WATP and the WATP 10 min toning.
Not sure what I'll get done today...DS2 is sick w/ croup (sp?) and DS10 home on a snow day...both are ornery and I have to play referee...does that count as exercise??;)
