Who exercised Wednesday 1/14?

:wave: I did my 50 minutes of cardio and a lot of running around, so I think I got a great workout today!! I think one of these days I am going to have to start doing my weights again, summer will probably be here before we know it and I need to work on my arms!

So who exercised today and how did it go?
 

I did the WATP 2 mile dvd. It was too cold to walk outside today (-20!) so that is all I did.
 
I went to CURVES in the morning, and then did 1 mile WATP in the afternoon.
 
I did the 3 mile WATP - am noticing that I have a lot more energy and stamina to put into it! Guess all this working out is paying off!
 
ran 45 minutes, walked 15. did some abs, and lifted arms. i had a great workout and felt excellent afterward!
 
I did 40 minutes on the treadmill at 2.6 mph. Then crunches and sissy push ups. Felt pretty good. Thought about trying a WATP DVD, but I can't watch Travel Channel if I do that! Diana
 
I did 40 minutes on the treadmill, with an average speed of 3.8 mph. I actually jogged at 4.5 mph (I have short legs) for awhile. It felt good. I only went 2.6 miles, but I figure I now have a benchmark for the future.
 
Two workouts for me, 40 minutes of jogging in the morning and a Curves workout in the evening.
 
Lots & Lots of walking! We walked around for about 4.5 hours total yesterday at an outdoor shopping area. It was great!
 
I did the Firm's AbSculpt (takes about 25 minutes) then did a 30 minute brisk walk in the evening.
