I finally worked out my arms again. Woohoo! I also walked about 30mins outside. This weather is wonderful! Unfortunately I think I'll be forced back inside today b/c of my schedule but since I haven't done WATP in a while it will be a welcome change.
 
yesterday - I tried my NEW WATP video. it's actually an older set called Walk the Walk. I thought I was buying the WATP set to christian music, but it isn't, BUT it's a great workout so far. I did the 2 mile yesterday and then I tried a new 20 min pilates one and it was ok. It's from the library - won't be purchasing that one :)
 
I did the 3 mile WATP's Walk Away Weights- I was tired, and really contemplated not doing it. I was so glad that I did it, even if it was 11pm when I was done.

I did Power 90 sculpt 3-4 and a Firm ab tape. I sure can tell I haven't done the sculpt tape for awhile, muscles that I forgot about seem to be letting me know they still are around!
 

I DID!! I DID!! I WENT FOR ANOTHER WALK....ABOUT 1.5 MILES!!!

Today is Tae-Bo day if time allows. I have to go pick up my car and get a new tire and when that is done, if I haven't reached 1 pm, I'm doing my 30 minute workout! :teeth:
 
I did! Walked for 40 minutes.

Tomorrow will make an entire month of exercising every day! Yeah! :smooth:
 
I did a 5k on TM--Two miles at 4.0 mph, 1 mile at 3.5 mph and the remainder at 3.0 down to 2.5 mph. Took me 56 minutes, whew! I also did 20 minutes of Pilates before work.

I have been quite busy these days and haven't checked in the last couple of weeks. I am still moving as best as I can. I had the day off on Monday and it was such a nice day that I did 3 miles on roller blades!

Picture this--What an entertaining sight I must have been. In the park this old lady wobbling along til I finally figured out how to move a little bit (which was almost the end of my 3 miler) Whooo Hoooo was it something! At least I did it and it is the first time in years that I put on skates and roller blades to boot.
 
I did my new WATP Express 3 mile. I liked it a lot, but boy was I whipped when done.

Of course, waiting until 9:00 pm. to exercise probably didn't help that.
 
In the morning I did the 1 mile WATP followed by the ab excersizes from my Shrink Your Female Fat Zones and just made it to work on time. ;)

Then in the evening I did the 2 mile WATP.
