I did a 5k on TM--Two miles at 4.0 mph, 1 mile at 3.5 mph and the remainder at 3.0 down to 2.5 mph. Took me 56 minutes, whew! I also did 20 minutes of Pilates before work.
I have been quite busy these days and haven't checked in the last couple of weeks. I am still moving as best as I can. I had the day off on Monday and it was such a nice day that I did 3 miles on roller blades!
Picture this--What an entertaining sight I must have been. In the park this old lady wobbling along til I finally figured out how to move a little bit (which was almost the end of my 3 miler) Whooo Hoooo was it something! At least I did it and it is the first time in years that I put on skates and roller blades to boot.
