Who exercised Tuesday 9/30??

Sorry I'm a little late getting this one started but it has been a busy morning at work.

I did 10mins on the treadmill followed by 20mins on the home gym. On days when I do weights I don't think I'll walk much more than a half mile b/c otherwise my legs are just to tired for the weights. Does that sound wise? or should I do more cardio anyway?
 
I have to admit, I didn't exercise yesterday. I was really tired when I got up and I didn't get up from drinking my coffee in time to get my treadmilling in. I did better today with 30 minutes. Tomorrow I am doing my usual 50 minutes, my mind is made up.
 
I did the Gazelle for 1/2 hour during Frasier (which by the way was hilarious last night).
 

I did the 3 mile WATP's video- Walk away weights. I broke out of my slump. Hopefully I will get back up to my 6 days a week. Its scary that it only takes little things to bump us out of our routines.

I don't push yourself if you are already feeling pushed. Once you feel you can handle more, then add some until then.......do what you feel comfortable doing.

I got ready to TM and DS booted me out cuz I was late and he claims the room 8-10 by agreement. I did DIS Chat and I just didn't feel like it at 10 this time. Got up late this am so must do something tonight.

Honeymo--I think you got the right idea. Walk to warm up on weight days, don't overdo just yet. But...do

I did!!

I've actually got a routine now.......

Get to work by 6:30- leave at 3:30, go home and change into my exercise gear. Drive to Curves, workout; and home.

Of course I've been doing a 40 minute workout instead of a 30 minute workout.......... but 'oh well'.. :teeth:
 
DH and I walked the mall (two levels) yesterday morning, then in the early evening I walked another mile. Today (Wednesday) I have been a "couch potato" though. :o Tomorrow I will walk though, and will shoot for 2 miles.
 
I did! Walked & ran with the jogging stroller- 45 min. That stroller really gives you a extra workout!!
 
Good job everyone! I'm so proud of everyone who continues to work out and post on this thread!! It really keeps me motivated as I'm sure it does all of you :)

I did my 3 mile WATP w/ 3 lb weights and Winsor Pilates for upper body w/the 3 lb weights, too. I've already noticed my arms getting a bit firmer :)
