Me! I did! I did!
I did an abbreviated strength training session at home (Only 30 mins, instead of 45. MY sister kept calling! GRRRRR! Bit I love her and she needed some help, so the strength had to wait.) I did manage to work all my major muscle groups except my arms. Then I went to the gym with DS abd did an abbreviated cardio routien. 25 mins, but i think I had a tough machine, because my BPM was up to 155 in the first 5 mins. (I try to keep it at an aerobic level >150 for at least 15 mins). Then DS showed me haow to use the weight machines, and I woeked on my arms for 15 mins! OOOOH! That felt gooood! Though I think I should have been working harder, because I'm not the least bit sore. That's ok. I'm glas I didn't do too much mu first time out, get sore and quit! I think I wiill try to get back to the gym with DS and DD this afternoon. DS is thinking about training for football, and I just want to look good in a bathing suit. We could motivate eachother.
I had a good day, we continue to have such nice weather, I walked just over 20 minutes at lunch time, boy that really perks up my day, then in the evening I did my Denise Austin firm and toning video, 45 minutes of torture!
35 minutes of jogging (2.8 miles) for me. It's definitely time to add another 5 minutes to my morning run - I've come in at 35 minutes for the past 5 mornings. Tomorrow morning it is!
I did the TaeBo advanced (very old) 45 minute video with kick boxing, leg exercises, and ad workouts along with squats and other misc. exercises, second night in a row GO ME!!
