I did 45 minutes on the threadmill, I decided to something different than my usual WATP.

ME!
I did my 2 mile WATP. Its still too cold to walk at lunch. I am going to have to figure something else to do

Firm's Complete Aerobics & Weight Training!:)

I did WATP Walk Strong which incorporates strength training intervals - she says its like doing a brisk 2 mile walk. It kicked my butt! I've only been doing 1 mile either WATP or treadmill so I was really not ready to jump to the 2 mile intensity but she doesn't tell you that until the cooldown. Oh well, some of the exercises must have worked b/c my inner thighs are killing me.

I did, I did!! *big smile*

I started last fall when we moved my eliptical trainer and have times when I'm very good and faithful and others when I was lucky if I did it once, twice or three times a week.

We just returned from our Jan visit and were there over the marathon. One of the ladies in my group got it in her head that we should run it next year. We've managed to downsize her to the 1/2 and I'll be happy if I can do the 5K without needing medical attention *g*

So we returned home and I have managed to work out both days since our return. Will be doing today's in about an hour after lunch settles. the workouts are easier for me then watching my food intake. I'm a dessert and bread lover :-/

I'm so glad Valentine ponted me over here :-)

oh i did a mile yesterday in 26 minutes the day before was just shy of a mile in 23 minutes.

add me to the list! ran 40 minutes (4 miles) and walked another 10 mins at a 3.6 mph. feelin good!

and the more talk i hear about this marathon/half marathon, the more it makes me want to do it. probably run the half. i'd just have to convince my parents that it's a good idea...seeing as i'd try to get them to pay for it. (yeah, i'm 22, still living with the rents) anyway, i know my dad couldn't get off from work, but maybe it could be just a me and mom trip...i'm gonna look into it!

I did the 2 mile WATP tape....it's been a while since I did that one, so I felt it!! I was so thankful that I didn't quit (I thought about it)!

35 minute walk with DH. (Same route that took 45 minutes for us on Tuesday)

Me too!!

Curves again.......... as my weight goes down- it's easier to do the jogging at every other station, too.

I can't believe that I'm having this much fun jogging

Finally, I am trying to get back into my exercise routine after Christmas break and a horrible sinus infection that made my headaches even worse if my heart rate elevated. So, finally I am trying to get back to it.

I did the 1-mile WATP on Thursday. I need to keep at it!
