oh my oh my -- i did

I just did the FIRM cardio sculpt for the first time - after doing a pilates class last night -- i do believe i'll be sore!

that's ok -- i haven't felt my muscles this way in a while

whewie!

I didn't have a fanny lifter so I comprised with a lower-step and a stability ball to sit on, it worked ok. I don't have room to add another piece of equipment in my family room!

did I say whewie!

I just came home from the gym, where I did a 1 hour cycling class.....boy do I ever need to shower!:faint:

Good for you Mollie!!

 I am just home from the gym myself, I did 50 minutes of intense cardio and I am feeling the burn!!

Keep up the great work WISHers!!

I did FIRM body sculpt (upper body) early this morning. It's almost noon and I'm still feeling it!

ohMom - congrats on doing the FIRM cardio sculpt! It's my favorite work out!

OK I finally did it. 40 mins on the elliptical. If I wasn't wiped out before, I sure am now. I think I'll skip dinner and go straight to bed! If only....

Keep the Faith!
Tracy

I went to the gym and did an hour long Yoga class.........advanced yoga...sure is harder then my normal class. Then I did 2 miles on the treadmill.....burn calories burn!

Me, me, me!

I just finished 3 miles on the treadmill. My legs still feel like they're moving! :teeth:

Me too. Three miles on the treadmill for a total of 45 minutes, and 2 miles of that I was able to jog straight, which is a big deal for me. :teeth:
Kathy

See you tomorrow!:wave2:

I did a 25 minute walk and then my Denise Austin firming and toning video, it is 45 minutes and a good work out. My legs always feel like they belong to Gumby after I am done.::yes::

I did my 2 mile WATP video again. I thought it would help with the crampy aches I have but, it seemed to intensify them instead. :( I think I'll take tomorrow off. :o

I did. :D The rodeo's in town, and some friends of mine kidnapped me for the evening. Did a lot of walking, which counts. :)

11,100 steps on the pedometer
When I was home on my lunch break I took a 15min walk outside

I missed monday (sick) tues (savedisney rally) and wed (in early to make up all the work I missed tues)

So thurs 1 mile on the treadmill, 10 miles on the stationary bike. 55 min weight training class and 55 min water aerobics.

I must really really want this.

I went for run last night with some friends but only one or two showed up which meant that I had to work really hard for a change - I mean, they a built like greyhounds!

And for the first time in a long time, I felt really good and managed to stay with the pace for over an hours worth of hard running!

I may try and go out on my own this weekend if the weather holds up.

I did 25 min on the bike, 30 min on the treadmill, then almost 1 1/2 hrs w/ a trainer doing machines/crunches/weight stuff, then 10 more min on the treadmill. I'm POOPED!!!!

Me me me - 3.2 miles jogging in 40 minutes. Slowly upping that speed!
