1st time outside walking since Mon - weather's been cold
Took 15mins from my lunch break and got out
so part of today's 10,000 steps is outside - did get my 10,000 the past few days too

GOt in 4 miles on the treadmill, and going to do some crunches now before bed-after reading how well everyone is doing I don't want to skip it.
I did my WATP 3 mile tape today. After yesterday's AWFUL WW fast track DVD, I think I pulled something because I had trouble twice today when I've never had a problem before. I hope I can work out this 'kink' in my leg muscles.
ME! Did 45 mins on the elliptical and some tricep work. Thoug I think I did it too early in the a.m. and didn't get as good a workout as I do if I go in the afternoon. Still felt good though!
I did I did! Did my Tai Chi warmup, ran through the instruction for the two "transitional" moves that I seem to be having difficulty with, ran through the beginner's sequence 3 times (maybe even 4), then even put in the next DVD and went through one form I hadn't learned yet.
