I know I was tired b/c the 1 mile kicked my butt!! I had been doing well with the 2 and 3 mile and was surprised that this happened. My hip also ?jammed up and I had trouble doing anything that required support with my quads. So I hit the hot tub and went to bed! But went to bed happy that I had done *something!*
Also, I have a question--does jumping up and down cheering in the dressing room count for exercise? I fit into a size 12 jeans at the GAP!
