Who exercised Sunday 2/8?

I have a cold and really didn't feel like hitting the gym today but I didn't want to be stuck inside all day either. So I forced myself to the gym and glad I did, I felt good afterwards. I did the weight circuit....for a total of almost 4000 pounds and did 2 miles on the treadmill up to an 8 degree incline.

Who else exercised today?
 
Good for you Ginger!

Remember, even being sick, you got one work-out closer to that big dance number in the Lion King.

I spent 20 minutes with Taebo this morning and then did a little light yard work.

HI Ginger, and GREAT JOB for hitting the gym--you're doing just awesome! How are you feeling these days? I know you had a post last week where you seemed a little down...:hug: It sounds as though you're back on track, and I'm really happy for you! We all have our ups in downs--as in all aspects of life, I guess.:) I hope you're feeling better about things and that you're proud of yourself--we're sure proud of you! Best wishes Ginger, and CONGRATS to all who got moving!
 
I had family over for dinner so I spent most of my day cleaning and cooking, but I did get in the one mile muscle WATP tape in the morning and then again in the evening.
 

2 mile WATP video, with my Gatorade weights. :crazy:
 
Did my 1 mile WATP tape without weights and a pilates cooldown afterwards. I hope it shows on the scale in the morning.

I did Pilates. Only one session, bot it's better than none. I have been reallt wiped since starting phase one, but feel my energy slowly returning.

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. It's getting easier for me to do it now, so maybe I'll start adding minutes and see how much I can do.
 
Not me and i am not in a good frame of mind ,i always think i feel better when i exercise!
 
DH and I took a 15.2-mile bike ride. We attacked a killer hill, and I conquered it! :cool:
 
My friend finally joined me to run so we did 3.5 miles, I plan on uping it next week to 3.75 miles and then 4 the week after! I'm running away from the pounds!
