I have a cold and really didn't feel like hitting the gym today but I didn't want to be stuck inside all day either. So I forced myself to the gym and glad I did, I felt good afterwards. I did the weight circuit....for a total of almost 4000 pounds and did 2 miles on the treadmill up to an 8 degree incline.

It sounds as though you're back on track, and I'm really happy for you! We all have our ups in downs--as in all aspects of life, I guess.
