Who exercised Sunday 11/9?

DH and I took a 13.5-mile bike ride - a new distance record for me! We even braved the scattered rain showers and had a great ride.

Keep it up, one and all!

We had nice weather here, chilly but sunny so I walked outside twice around our park a good 40 minute walk at a brisk pace.
It is not marked so I am not sure how far I walked but I am sure that it was over 2 miles all together
