I know it is early in the US yet, but it is 3:22 in the afternoon here in Italy and my workout for the day is behind me. 45 minutes of cardio for me today. Anyone else?
I spent an hour DISing this morning trying to put off exercising, but I finally got up and did my Frim Cardio Sculpt. Of course, then we went out and I had a HUGE (but delicious!) lunch at our favorite Mexican restaurant. I've found though, that if I exercise every day, that I can overindulge once in a while and doesn't have an effect on my weight (I'm maintaining). One lifestyle change I've made is to exercise every day, and it is benefitting me in many ways!
did the 3 mi watp, then rewound and did it again just eliminating the warm up. i want this snow and cold to go away so i cna run outside on weekends!!!
