Two weeks ago I tried doint 15 to 20 min at a time on the bike, but ended up with a very sore back. So yesterday I started with just 5 minutes twice and I'll work forward from there.

Walked my Golden Retriever around my subdivision, about 1/2 mile, then played in the (deep) snow with him. I figure that's worth at least 1 extra point!

started early in the day with my sit up routine. later in the night i did 40 minutes on the eliptical machine, and did my shoulders and bicep weight lifting routine. Yeah for me!
I accomplished something I have been wanting to do for the past few weeks. I completed the entire 55 minute FIRM cardio video! I am a little sore (hence no exercise on Sunday) but very proud of myself.
