Did the 1 mile WATP here too with my dumbells. No pilates though, just didn't feel like it. Besides, got a real abs workout watching the Blue Collar Comedy Tour movie. OMG..... sooooooo funny.
I walked the treadmill at the Y for about 25 minutes (1.29 miles?), and used the recumbant bike for about 12 minutes (I forgot how much it makes my thighs burn). I think I'm taking today off.
I did my exercise too yesterday. With my very hectic schedule, it was 7:30 at night when I got ot it, but I got to it! 20 min on my EVIL stepper! Can't believe that only earns 2 APS!!!
Had my first "official" gym workout. Did 20min on the treadmill set for an 18 min mile. Not bad since it has really been 4 years at least since I did any serious stuff. Then the trainer had me do mostly lower body stuff and 3 sets of sit ups on the sit up machine.
