I did the 4 mile WATP's video. I was (and still am) so sore yesterday, that I really wondered if I could do it. The muscles needed for the video didn't hurt to bad while doing it. I am super sore again today though. Mostly when I start walking after I have been sitting for a while.

Tammy, thanks for reminding me about my pedometer. I got mine out of my purse, where it has been since October. I have it on now. Didn't get to register morning steps.......but at least I can start now. Do you keep yours going while you are sitting. I sit at a desk most of the day, and I am afraid it will register steps if I do that. The only problem, is that I forget to turn it back on. DOH!
