Shout, shout, let it all out...

Two workouts for me, walking/jogging for 40 minutes in the morning, and a Curves workout in the evening.

You can do it!
 
I did the 3 mile WATP express...I have been doing the 2 mile and thought I'd bump it up a bit. Whew was that a good work out! I am going to stick with the 3 miles for awhile.
 
I did the 1 mile WATP. Not much I know, but I am working my way up.

Hi,

Sunday, I walked around the base of Stone Mountain which is 5 miles and it took me 1 hour and 7 minutes. I was proud of my time.

Monday I rested, as you can see by the countdown for the half-marathon walk I don't have much time before my big day and I don't want to wear myself out.

I did the one mile wATP on Monday!
 
Curves for me....... I'm starting to stretch it into a 40 minute work out!!!

I don't do all of the stretches at the end though..... those ones on the floor tend to do me in!!

Oh well..... I'll get there yet.
