Workout at CURVES. (Left work a little early so I could get the workout in and still make some of last night's Chat....had some questions about dining at WDW.)

I went for a 3-mile walk outdoors. I've decided that on days I don't work I will walk 3-miles, on days I do work (I'm a waitress so get a lot of walking in during my shift! ) I'll walk 2 miles. I hope we have a mild winter so I can keep it up!!
Me! Was at the gym at 5:15 am, worked on lower body weight training and did my run/walk intervals on the TM for 30 mins plus a long run (6 miles) at night.
i started a new routine from SHAPE magazine that is 40 mins cardio (I did rower and elliptical) and 20 mins intense weights! whew! my legs are feeling it today
