Joy to the world... because I exercised today! How about you?

40 minutes of jogging on Friday, and a Curves workout (plus lots of walking at the mall) on Saturday.

Have a great week!

I rode my exercise bike both Friday morning and Saturday night. I was going to give myself a break and not exercise on Saturday at all. But there I was at midnight about to go to bed and I just couldn't! I needed to ride my bike so I did for about 20 minutes. I try to get in at least 20 minutes every day. Thirty or even forty minutes would be ideal but I'm not going to beat myself up over it.

I did! I went to curves on Saturday too!

But today (monday) we had delayed school so I didnt get there. BUmmer! I am doing my butt master as I sit here though.

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. It feels good to be getting back on track. Thanks for the thread, it also makes me feel good to put in writing.:D

Did 45 mins of strength training on Friday, and 12 mins on the elliptical on Saturday. (It was all I could squeeze in before my fitness training class. I did 2000 strides in those 12 mins though! :p ) I also did ALL of my holiday shopping, so that counts, right?

Keep the Faith!

I did my 25 minutes of Pilates on friday. And what turned out to be a walk around the mall on Saturday(didn't really find anything worth buying, hence the walk).

My 3 children and I participated in the annual Jingle Jog 5k Race.

It is sponsored by the Salvation Army. You donate a toy and pay the regular fee. You get bells to put on your shoes before the race starts. Every participate in the 5k and 2k race receives a long sleeve t-shirt.

Some people bring their dogs and there is a 2k and fun run for the younger children.

It is always a fun time and it is for a good cause.

They also have plenty of free food and treats after the race.

All that to say I exercised 45 minutes.

I forgot to mention Santa is also there.
