I just came in from a 3 mile jog with warm-up/cool-down walking totaling close to 2 miles. after I drink my water i'm going to finish off with 20 mins of yoga!
Walked for an hour at the mall this afternoon stopped in a couple stores but for the most part kept moving. So I think it was considered exercise. My pedometer read 5600 which is nearly 3 miles I think thats high but I know it was atleast 2 miles.

I just finished a 45 minute Pilates DVD for the first time, and I must say, it was great fun! I'm just going to keep it in the DVD player and see how often I can do it! What a great element to bring into my marathon training. I think it adds more "grace" to my workout.
I walked a mile with my DS while he rode his bike. I then went to Curves today. After dinner we stopped at the park. I walked home from there. Then right before dark I walked for 40 minutes.
