Good morning, all!

I hope everyone is having a fantabulous weekend!!! I'm getting ready for a cookout we're having later today. The nice thing is, when you cook the food, there's no guessing about what you can eat and how much!

I did a vigorous 4-mile WATP on Friday, followed by a half-hour of Tamilee Webb's "I Want Those Arms!" All I can say is wow! What a workout! Took yesterday off, and plan to WATP again today before company arrives.

So how has everyone else fared this weekend? It's a wonderful time of year, the weather is gorgeous, and we're WISHers!!! What more reason do you need to get out and get active?

I took a day off on Friday but I went for a 40 minute walk on Saturday night. :p Today, I'm planning on going to the gym for a 45 minute workout!
 
Well I took Friday and Saturday off but I just finished a 2 mile WATP while DS is taking his nap! :)
 
I went to Curves on Friday afternoon - even though I REALLY didn't want to! I felt better after doing it too! Got my heart rate up to what it needed to be too! Trying to figure out when I can go this week - back to work tomorrow!
 

On Friday night I did the 2 mile WATP DVD, followed Saturday a.m. by another 2 mile WATP 12 hours later.

I will do it again tonight after the kids go to bed.
 
friday I did a 30 min lower body/stomach toning video and my abs were sore the next day! Later that morning I walked DD approx .75 miles to school, then the dog and I took off on our quicker pace and walked 2.5 miles in the most humidity I have ever walked in! I'm telling you by the time we got home I felt like my shirttail and shorts were drooping past my knees they were soooooo damp from the humidity!

saturday I took a mid-afternoon 30 min jog and did 20 mins of yoga

today is my day off :) may try to walk the dog later though

On Friday all I did was mow our small lawn. I didn't have time to walk b/c work ran late and I had a crop session that night. Sat morning I did the morning WATP mile and did the abs part too. I really need to do at least a mile tonight, maybe 2 miles (not likely unless I want to fall over from fatigue) so I can stick with my weekly exercise goal.

hiked, walked the gerbil track, gardened/blueberry picking, took walk outside the neighborhood too
 
I am so proud of myself. I started exercising this week!!

Friday, I did the 3 mile WATP's!

Saturday, I got up early and did the 3 mile WATP's. I had Football and Cheer pictures and 2 games on Saturday. We had time in the afternoon prior to my daughter's 6pm game for cheer, so I did the 3 mile WATP's again. I didn't really feel it in the morning, but boy did I feel it after I did it in the afternoon! I slept really well and woke up a little sore this morning.

I also got up this morning and did the 3 mile WATP!!

I guess that means I can get the 1 week Wish exercise clip art! I feel so good getting started. Now I have to keep it up. I can't wait to get my FIRM video's this week, but I will probably have to wait until after I get back from Vegas. I can do the WATP's at my mom's house!

Thanks for everyone's motivation. By reading how everyone else is getting into shape, I really think it motivated me!

Daisy, thanks for your enthusiasm and motivating words! It IS a beautiful day to get moving!

Friday and Saturday I biked, walked on the treadmill, and lifted weights. Yesterday, I pretty much walked the dog and did a little biking--not too much as I needed to rest! Today, though, I'm going to hit that treadmill hard!

I took Friday off (my parents got in from out of the country), but did my 1/2 hr workout at Curves Saturday morning.
