Who exercised Friday 9/19?

I swam 1.5 hrs and worked out with arm weights at night.

Me! I did my Curves workout. I managed to get in 4X's this week which was my goal for the week. :)

I did 45min speed walk on the treadmill...skipped my situps:( . I've worked out 6 times this week!! I know I should take a day to rest but I had some eating out nights with friends/family so I had to make up for it.

I was so exhausted by the time I had time to exercise at 10:30 p.m., that I only made it through 1 mile of the 2 mile WATP DVD. I only had 5 hours sleep the night before and was just bushed.

Oh well, back to it today.

I had my first visit to CURVES. Like it there very much. Was a little too enthusiastic and let my heart rate get up a little too high, so my first few visits will be keeping a close eye on that and learning just how much energy to spend to stay in my range. (When you're carrying an extra 100 lbs it doesn't take much to get the old pumper going!)
I'd also done a 2 mile mall walk at lunchtime. My plan is CURVES 3x a week and my WATP tape the other four. Only allowable excuse for not doing the tape will be if it's replaced by a social/physical activity....outdoor walk with pals, roller skating and the like.
Keep up the good work everyone!

I did! (I'm going to commit myself to check in on this thread every day!)

I did my 3 mile WATP and my Winsor Pilates DVD for abs.

Good job everyone!

I did WATP 4 mile express in the morning and in the evening I did WATP 3 mile with weights. I find that I push myself more since joining "wish". Thanks to everyone!

I did! I worked in my basement from h#*! getting ready for our condo assn. tag sale. You would not believe how tired I was after that! I think I got more exercise than I would have gotten from my regular workout!

Walking in the morning for me (40 minutes, 2 miles).

ibouncetoo, I have the same problem at Curves - my heartrate shoots up like crazy. Right now, I'm barely moving on the recovery pads (just step-touching), and then pausing for 5 seconds on each machine, then working as hard as a I can for the other 25 seconds. It keeps my heartrate in a slightly more reasonable range, although I feel a little silly barely moving on the pads when other women are jogging and doing knee lifts. :p

Great job everybody - let's keep moving!

 I did 45 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of upper body weights and I even jumped rope for a little while, something I haven't done since I was a kid.

AprilN....don't worry....our day will come when we have to jump around like wild women to get our heart rate up! Won't that be GRAND!

OK, I thought I exercised, but I didn't do all these fancy routines that everyone else did!

I went for a vigorous walk for 25 minutes, does that count?!

That DEFINITELY counts, Obsessed! Anything you do that gets your heart pumping counts :) I often forget that when I clean the house, I'm definitely getting exercise, so it doesn't just have to be "official" exercises like Pilates or Curves, etc. :)

Good job!

I did one of the FIRM video's on Friday. I was sweating buckets when I was done, and was really exhausted after waking up Saturday morning.
