...cheerful! This happens to me every year and lasts for about two months - my resolution is to NOT let this get to me - anyone else wanna join my"DONT LET WINTER GET YOU DOWN" club?
I live in the mountains of northern New England, and it snows at least every other day all winter - gray - I am a solar powered being and probably shouldn't be here, but it is where my family and my children's father are. What vitamin is it that you should take from lack of sunlight? D? maybe i should get some of those. And getting on the treadmill each day again [haven't since before the holidays] even if its just for a mile a day will help. Thnaks for responding to my comment - i need all the help I can get - maybe this thread can be our support group!![]()
Being hypothyroid my metabolism is naturally slow, and gray wintery days make me want to crawl into bed and hibernate!
where can I get one of those lights? Anyone know?
I don't experience a long cold winter, but January's always a "blah" month for me. I'm leaving to go back to college on Sunday, so I'm forcing myself to get into school-mode after such a wonderful Christmas break. It's just a little depressing.![]()
Sending sunshine your way, OP!
