I'm having issues with DVC and have already spoken with the supervisor at customer service. She is unable to resolve my issue. Does anybody here know who else I can contact for help with DVC?

It's hard to suggest who to approach without knowing what kind of issue you are having. However, how about writing to the DVC president and asking them to direct your letter to the responsible department?
