Who else still calls it MGM?

I still call it MGM. I was there last september I think it was, And It didn't work calling it Hollywood studios. I don't think I will get use to calling it Hollywood studios.

When they first changed the name, I figured I would have a terrible time adjusting. I had to think about it at first, but I almost always refer to it as Hollywood Studios, now.

I call either DHS, Hollywoos Studios or MGM. I do the same thing with the Six Flags park by me. Sometimes I'll call it Six Flags and sometimes I'll just call it Great Adventure.

the only reason walt's city of tomorrow never worked is because when he died, his imagineers decided one thing "we build theme parks. not cities"
thus they tried to stick to walts plan of showcasing countries along with inventions that could help us work towards a better world. there was never an issue of not finding perfect people for a perfect city.

this is what they tell you on your discovery day at epcot when being hired as a cm. :]

^Not really. At that time, WDI (or it may have been still called WED) they were nowhere near the money they needed for a project of that scale so it never happened. Instead, two theme park project ideas were combined into what is today's Epcot.

...they were no where near the money to build a city... because a city takes a lot more money than a theme park takes to make.
the men that sat with him in the hospital room with the plans for his epcot taped to the ceiling are the ones that converted the idea of a city of tomorrow into a theme park of tomorrow. because they were simply not meant to build a city.

I like the name Hollywood Studios better then MGM, so I always want to call it Holywood Studios

It's just always been MGM to me, but I call it Hollywood Studios alot because that's its name now. I was actually at Disney World when they made the name change.

It's actually not too big of a deal for me. I just call it the Studios now (and don't really think MGM anymore).

They changed the name of six flags??? In California? Or somewhere else? Or all of them??

I dont think its a big deal weather they changed it or not... MGM isnt disney and i think its good thats its DISNEY hollywood studios now. I call it DHS, because that is its name.
