Who else is watching 24??? (Spoilers possible. Proceed with caution)

Pres Palmers ex wife Sherry was killed, she was killed by the woman Pres Palmers brother Wayne was having an affair with! Whew, that was alot to say!! Anyway, the show that Dennis Haysbert(Pres Palmer) is going to be in is called The Unit and is coming on this March on CBS

I love 24.

I had not watched it during the first seasons, but it was recommneded by a friend. I watched all the past seasons on DVD. I loved watching it that way since I didn't have to wait from week to week, only had to wait for the next Netflix DVD to arrive!!!! It was great on Sun and Mon have 4 hours to watch, but it is ever so "painful" to have to wait until MONDAY for the next episode. I have the episodes recorded on the DVR and have watched them a couple of times to make sure I have not missed anything!!!

I enjoy Lost and The Shield, but 24 is definitely my favorite. I'm not sure now why I didn't start to watch it from the beginning!!!

No, they tracked her through her cell phone - they can do that to any of the CTU agents. That's why it's important to note that Jack said to her "maybe they never did" after she said that she thought she lost her pursuers. He may be on to something with their ability to track her and this leading to someone on the inside - you'd think, after the last few seasons, his mind would always go to a mole on the inside.

I love this show. You do have to suspend reality quite a bit to enjoy it thoroughly. It's just so ridiculous in many parts if you equate it to reality of a true President and their staff and their off-site offices - and also the reality of a counter terrorism unit. But overall the suspense is great in the show.

I'm pretty sure that Chloe said she dropped her cell phone which is why she called Jack on a pay phone.

Interesting theory about the tracking device. I don't like the guy Chloe was hooked up with. He could be bad.

Thanks for reminding me that new CTU guy was Rudy. I knew his face but just couldn't place where he was from.

I thought she threw her cell phone away.

This is the best start to 24 ever. I don't know if they can keep it this thrilling for the whole season though. Jean Smart is my new favorite. Her acting is incredible.

*SPOILERS BELOW!!!* *SPOILERS BELOW!!!* *SPOILERS BELOW!!!*

Loved last night's episode. I wonder if the first lady took off to find Jack? And poor Spencer. Here he thought he was helping the white house only to find out he'd been dupped by that evil Cummings.

Then we've got Jack's Harem! Audrey, the new love interest (what's her name??) and maybe the first lady will have a thing for Jack! :rotfl2: All those women.... so little time.

Did anyone else expect Tony to sit up in bed and help Jack out? After season 3, I figured that was possible. Nah, not this time. At least we know Tony can still talk so maybe we'll see him back before the season is over.

My only complaint.... we have to wait a whole week for the next episode! :badpc:

I wonder if Tony ever did talk, or if that was a ruse by the bad guy to get Jack to come down.

last nights show was great
is it true it is going all the way thru may with no interruptions

Yup. At least that's what they're telling us.

And Val, that's a good point on Tony. Maybe he hasn't woken up yet.

For anyone who missed this when I first posted it, you've got to check this out. Even if you're not a 24 watcher, this should really crack you up. :lmao: :rotfl2: :teeth:

It's got a few naughty words in it but is not rated X.

The Lost Episode

What a riot ... It's funny... so many times, I ask myself, would I REALLY be watching such unbelievable crap (and I mean that with the utmost affection) if Keifer didn't have the lead role??? Probably not. (But, even so, I was sucked in from Season 1, Episode 1... can't turn back now!)

Great episode. Actually this whole season so far has been awesome. Yes you have to suspend your sense of reality, but I think that is what makes the series so much fun. :teeth:

I think Tony is still in a coma and the fact that he was talking was made up by the assassin.

I was flying back from SSR in WDW last monday. I asked my husband to tape it for me-we don't have TiVo. He didn't rewind the tape before he recorded it so the last 8 min. or so were not there-I saw up until Jack was in the room talking w/ Sean Astin character-and they said Tony wanted to see jack-so what happened when Jack went to talk to Tony?

How come CTU can't get decent help? Every year their is a traitor among them! :confused3

Tony wasn't really awake. It was just the bad guy (who had killed the doctor) who called to say that. When Jack went over to Tony's bed he saw the "doctor" in a reflection coming after him. So, there was a big fight and Jack ended up killing the bad guy.

Somehow (can't remember) they figured out that the mole was the guy that slept with Chloe and he was the guy who let in the assassin. The guy said that he was hired by the White House Chief of Staff to "check up" on CTU and that he had no idea that the guy he let in was an assassin to kill Jack.

Thanks-now I am up to date for tomorrow!
Although it's not the same as seeing it!

One more thing. The first lady found out that she was being sent back to the psych hospital and so she climbed out the window of her bathroom. Can't remember if that happened at the very end or not.

This is definately a show not to miss the last 5 minutes of!

DH & I were :rotfl2: when Jack told the president about Walt and the Pres replied, "I know....but there's a good reason!" I told DH that I hope our president doesn't watch this show. :rotfl:

I don't understand why the First Lady had that smile on her face when they showed her at the end. I got a call and missed the last scene involving her though.

What a great show tonight!!!! And wow, does it ever look like everything is about to go really haywire.
