Who else is watching 24??? (Spoilers possible. Proceed with caution)

I was thinking that if it was Jack instead of Tony who came upon Mandy(?) and the hostage, Jack would've shot right through the hostage and killed them both. (awful, I know)

Now, next week it will be Tony as the hostage and Jack won't be able to do that. He already caved to Audrey by letting her talk to her brother. I think he's going soft! (well, after pretty much killing Audrey's husband that is)

But playing the 'family' angle worked... the kid caved... if Jack had interrogated him, he just would have kept saying that he didn't know (and Jack wouldn't believe him.)

FYI: Fox has picked up 24 for two more seasons. Kiefer Sutherland, Mary Lynn Rajskub (Chloe), & Roger Cross (Curtis) all seemed to be signed on so far. There are new writers and the season has been in pre-production since April. Production should begin in July. Richard Marcinko is advising on the story.
