Here in the Chicago area it is supposed to be about 96, with a heat index of 104. Pretty much the same weather as it has been the last few days.

Count me in! My asthma does NOT like this weather. And we have Winnie, our bulldog, who can't be out in heat. We have to take her to pee and then RIGHT back in the house. I don't want to get our electric bill!

it's gonna be a hot one in Central Illinois.......were hitting the pool today.....also have family coming to visit from FL......... were surprising them in Sept. so dd12 has to keep a BIG secret from her grandpa!!

It's going to hit 100 here too in New England for the 3rd day in a row. I am literally melting with no a/c in the house... I'm getting ready to head out to the mall right now since I'm already sweating and all I'm doing is sitting here at the computer drinking my coffee....

But I'll take this heat over the cold anyday!!

Here in the Kansas City metro area we're supposed to hit the hundred mark today - it's been in the high 90's for over a week with no end to the heatwave in sight.

Actually not all that bad for this time of year, except we've got a 30% chance of rain, so it's pretty darn humid.
