Who else is offering free dining for 2010 ?

Seemed to be the quick service dining plan on most of them. Can you swap for table service, eg use 2 quick service for 1 table service or anything ? Bit worried it will be all burgers and chips !

When will flights be out for Summer 2010 ?

AFAIK, you can't combine CS to get a TS, but the upgrade is only £5 per person per day, well worth it :thumbsup2

Flights are released 331 days before for scheduled airlines.Charters vary.

just priced up for POFQ also for August 2010, and am tempted to book to secure the price; but we will be tied to whichever date in August is going to be cheapest for flights.

Some questions:

Do prices on Disney's site generally go up after they first come out?

Also if we have to change our dates by say a few days or a week, is it just a case of paying £25 amendment fee?

Is free dining likely to stay on as a package?

I'm seriously tempted to book my wedding trip now argh!

Actually scrap that free dining is only available until the 18th Nov 2010! Good to see the prices dont seem to have gone up too much :thumbsup2

oooooooooooooh, not sure if I can gamble on getting a better deal.

Does anyone have the number for Disney Reservations?

Also, if I'm booking a week in POFQ to enable free ddp, will they let me book the first night in Pop?

also really tempted:yay: not allowed to book holidays with work until september. but really want to book, but say i book and my flight is out a day or two can i ammend my dates with disney and what will it cost.

i had to amend this years one as the flight was cheaper and extra day, just called them up and they changed it just had to pay the extra night cost

I just rang disney the lady I spoke to was surprised that you couldnt book flight inclusive with free dining but said it should be there very soon. She said I could book now and then add the free dining when it comes on but dont really want to do that. Im looking at August and if we go on the 15th the price comes down a lot and we just get back in time for the new term.:)

the flights are with virgin and virgin holidays packages for next year are out already but its still the preview so once the main brochure is out the flight inclusive packages will prob be out

We saved around 800 this year booking the hotel, ticket and free dining with disney uk and flight with virgin atlantic and then the car hire with usrentacar so might be worth booking it all seperatly. I'm going to book the hotel and free dining this weekend for next year and then book the flights later on in the year when they come out

I phone to find out if CSR would be added and was told that the rest of the hotels and information would be loaded on to the system by the 28th so maybe the flight packages may appear then too.

CSR came up for me when I searched 27th aug for 2 weeks and 1st sep for two weeks if thats any help

Thanks for that, I dont have a problem booking at all separately just wondered if the flights would be expensive anyway as its August, we have 2 children so would want to go direct.

Im looking at POFQ

we booked pofq this year- 15 nights

£1513 for hotel/tickets and regular dingin plan- we upgraded for £140
£635 for direct flights with virgin for 2 adults
£365 for 4x4 intermediate car hire with dollar through usrentacar with the top insurance

ok we are only 2 adults but the room price is the same as you pay per room and not per person

the same holiday with virgin with out dining and car hire is £1350 each this each! then we have to put tickets and the insurance so we have saved quite a bit this year

hi i found this last night and tried it , it only gives you hotel and tickets with free dining, i tried it for october 2010, when i checked flight inclusive on the site it doesnt show it, my guess is that that will happen very soon and that disney are trying to get the bookings before releasing it to tour operators.

Yeah I'd seen it for other dates but none for later in Sept and Oct so that why I was confused, hopefully some will appear for those dates soon tho, then I can book :banana: If not I'm not sure where to stay def have to be a mod tho...

Did you book the flights as soon as they came out? I've budgeted £800(2 Adults) for flights but I remember seeing them last year alot lower.

The prices are there now for flight inclusive holidays with free dining but seem expensive.

I priced up POFQ for 2 adults and 2 children from Gatwick on 15th August 2010 for 14 nights, with flight, hotel, tickets and upgrade to dining plan rather than quick service-£5319

Hotel, tickets and the upgrade-£2336

Thats 3 grand for flights ! Should be able to get them cheaper than that even direct ?

Just gone for that hotel as the pool looks nice lol or are the others in the same grade any better/worse ?

I booked mine today. Took advantage of the free dining by upgrading to delux hotel Poly. I am so excited. 12 nights leaving on the 22nd Aug. I have to be back into the UK before the 6th for uni. I couldnt take advantage of leaving a week later for a reduced rate.

i booked our flights around nov last year

Cantwait!!!!- you will get flights cheaper on their own for sure i would think, even a fly drive maybe cheaper than that

Ok i need to back away from this thread.....very tempted to book for next year.
