Getting the passport lecture gets old, particularly when you are asking about something different that's out there now.

I realize only a few states even offer EDLs now; so most people are unfamiliar with them.

Are you in Florida? I didn't think they offered that here? I would LOVE an EDL for cruising!

Nope, in Michigan right now. I tend to spend the summers in Fla. (opposite of what I should, i know! I'm a sunbird instead of a snowbird.)
