Who else does Sudoku?

Well, there's a book sitting on the back of our toilet... :rotfl:

I think my DH still does it. I hate math, wouldn't try it.

I've been doing them for years. Dell called them number places. Always bugged me that their wasn't a magazine out with just these puzzles.

It's not a math thing, it's a logic thing. You could substitute letters, pictures, etc. for the numbers.

It's really a lot of fun. And I am a math hater!

I like them, but I don't get into that "timed" part. I just like to take my time, do it a bit at a time, usually over a couple of work days, or all day on a weekend.............

I call it "seppuku" which is Japanese for suicide....I'd rather stab myself with a fork

I hate math, but I hate this more

I play in on Brain age on the DS. I've tried them on paper, but like the DS version better. It tells you if you have something in the wrong spot, which is VERY helpful.

Do you have a link?

Sorry if I wasnt clear- DS as in Nintendo DS hand held game. Its www.brainage.com Has some really great brain training games on it.

My mom and I call them sadistic puzzles, because we sadistically go back to them day after day. :thumbsup2

Love them. I have a book of them called the Sudoku Code that alternates number puzzles with letter puzzles and I love doing them. I'm a little over half-way through the book now (200 puzzles total), but I'm stuck on the one I'm doing now. Oddly, though this one has me stumped, I can do some "Evil" level ones on another website.

I got addicted and had to quit. I might start again. Oh geesh! :bitelip:

i do it every night to help me go to sleep. listen to a book on tape and do suduko... better than ambien! :thumbsup2

:thumbsup2 Very addicting! Lots of Fun!

I think that's how it's spelled, that # puzzle with a 9X9 grid. For a long time, I'd see it (mostly in the magazines on airplanes) and no way! But someone sent me a beginners little book, with tips and now it's starting to come together. I think I'm getting hooked on doing those little puzzles. But I'm wondering-is it geeky to try to do those? Maybe it's because I was a math major that I like them. Does anyone else?

I do them, but sometimes cheat when the answers are printed on the page upside down. There I admitted it, I am a sometimes sudoku cheater!
