Bistro de Paris (unknown if this has changed since they started accepting the dining plan), Kona Cafe, Nine Dragons, Chefs de France, Captain's Grille and Le Cellier (Le Cellier is lunch only). San Angel Inn has a three course prix fixe meal but with only one designated item per course, not mulitple selections.
Victoria & Albert's is a fixed price restaurant - you pay the same price no matter what you order. I will admit I thought the OP was asking for restaurants that have prix fixe menus as an addition to a la carte menus. If we're talking about fixed price restaurants we'd also have to throw in CRT and Akershus.

Thanks so much everyone! I'll look into all the menus! On the dining plan but still doing one or two out of pocket, thinking this might be the best way to plan it since you know what the cost will be going in. Thanks again!
