who do you tip at the wedding????

We are having a disney wedding at the end of july. Who do you tip, the officiant, wedding coordinators??? And how much do I tip each. Thanks for any help

There have been a few threads that say if they own their own business you do not tip them.

This is what we did.

Wedding coordinator (ours was at Shades of Green)~ a gift. I do no believe DFTW coordinators can take money.

Officiant~ I say if they do a really great job something extra. Ours was just ok. We sent him a thank you note.

Photographer~ We used TAZ he was AMAZING. We plan on doing something really special for him but haven't decided yet.

We used Bell Services alot so we tipped heavily.

HTH's alittle. Everyone is very helpful here so just ask away.

I have no idea if what we did was correct or not, but we tipped the limo driver (I have no idea how much as that was my dad's department) and the hair/makeup lady ($20, I think?) and gave $25 restaurant gift cards to our wedding planner (mostly because we loved our cake so much and she gave me some helpful advice about my dysfunctional family!) and our Disney photographers (We ADORED our honeymoon shots and Bryan came out in the dead heat of the day so we knew we wanted to send him something. We sent Tom, who did our MK photo shoot, a gift card too because I'm pretty sure they work in the same department and didn't want his feelings hurt. ).
