Who do you think is attractive that no one else does?? (inspired by "looks/hiring")

Inspired by the "looks" debate...

Is there a famous person whom you just can not see what all the fuss is about? Someone who everyone gushes over and you just don't see it? Likewise , is there someone you think is attractive that no one else seems to?

Trying to stick with famous people so we all have a point of reference... I know in my life, I have been attracted to men that none of my friends found attractive (although my current long term boyfriend, women gush over daily )

I personally do not see why people find Tom Cruise attractive! He is so boring looking, there is nothing particularly striking about him. And he seems like a jerk. I also don't really see what you men see in Pamela Anderson. She is , I dunno, dirty looking to me. Blech.

On the flip side, I always thought that Mike Nelson from Mystery Science Theater was adorable. Can't really think of an actress/singer that is pretty that no one else thinks is. Maybe Amy Lee. I think woman like Salma Hayek, Christina Ricci and Kiera Knightly are a lot better looking than women like Pamela Anderson and Britney Spears (and they actually have talent to boot!)

I agree about Tom Cruise. I have never seen the appeal. Same thing with Patrick Swayze. I don't see the appeal of Jennifer Anniston either.

from the band PHISH very sexy!! I think its his personality.. but now I look at him and I find him very attractive!

Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt are either a hit or miss. To me, they either looks good or they don't.

I really like Aston Kutcher. He's simply adorable!

I do think that Brad Garrett from "Everybody Loves Raymond" (though I don't like the show) is really adorable and funny.

Oh, and I love Adam Sandler! Adorable and Hilarious!

I absolutely adore Chris Kattan....MANGO.....I don't know why. It's a little embarrassing to admit.

I don't get the hype about Mel Gibson. I hated him in those police movies....won't even watch them, but I remember all my friends being in love with him....he is getting nicer looking as he ages...but still not what I would call good looking.

Now as for Brad Pitt.....yum.

I thought that Anna Nicole Smith was horrible when she was fat! Not because she was fat, but so stupid! How on Earth did that woman get by in the world? Did you see her show on E?? She got stuck under the table for gosh sakes!

I do NOT think Jennifer Aniston is that great either. I mean, she's attractive, but not gorgeous, IMO. Don't even get me started on Pam Anderson and Britney Spears, but I honestly don't think they are considered "the norm" for gorgeous either. They are just your average Barbie Dolls. Same with Jessica Simpson.

As for who I think is attractive? Eddie Izzard! And it's to do with an amazing sense of humor and a British accent. I also think Tobey Maguire is cute as well....a lot of mystery behind his eyes.

I can NOT believe 2 people posted independently about Steve Buscemi!!!!

I also am not at all impressed by Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt. Brad I guess looks good when he's all dolled up (Ocean's 11), but in real life he mostly looks skanky. Ew!

I don't get all the fuss about Jennifer Garner. She's always showing up on the best dressed lists and I always think she looks weird. There's something about her shoulders and arms that just do not look good in a strapless dress. I don't know what it is, but it always bothers me.
