Who do you call about linking ressie onto MDE mobile app?!?!?

When I got into the mobile app it doesn't have my ressies listed (resort - DVC), when I put in the first conf #, it tells me it's already linked!?!?!!?!?

I know I have seen this question here before but who do I call?

My ressies were on there before I updated the app!

Too bad we can't bottle the energy we're all wasting on this and use it for something more productive!

If someone can help, I'd really appreciate it!
 
Have you tried bringing up the full MDE web site and link it there instead of on the mobile app?
 
It is linked there.....it is not showing on my app on my iPhone. (even though when I try to put in the first resort ressie number it says it's already linked)...

Are you signed into the app on your iPhone?
 

Are you looking under My Plans or More/My Reservations/View Upcoming?

Maybe delete the app and install it again.
 
Has anyone noticed that dining reservations made through DVC member services won't register on the mobile app? The reservations I made through the disney parks dining website page add in to my mobile app just fine, but trying to add the confirmation numbers that I got from DVC cast members are not being accepted. :confused3:confused3

Many times the DVC CMs don't associate the diners phone number and email address with the ADR which makes them unlinkable to the MDE website (and mobile apps). The main dining line can fix them for you (407-WDW-DINE) as they have different access to them.

I had this happen. I signed out from my phone app (android) and then signed back in but it wanted my password I had used for years but that had seemed to change on my computer sign on when they launched the my disney experience. I really have no idea what is going on but after doing that my reservations were showing up on both. :confused3
