Who do Pins come from?

I know that they can come via email or snail mail, but what email should I be looking for?

Walt Disney World Travel Company?

Disneyparks.com Member Services?

Disney Destinations?

They come from disneydestinations.....I always get excited when I see that address. I have also gotten things from disneydestinations that aren't pin codes.....but I've never gotten a pin code from another address.

MIne never came via email or snail....when I called it was there. That is the frustrating part for me....how would I have known if not for here???

FYI, if you do get one, the pin code is not "in your face" i.e. easily identified. The email won't say "HERE'S YOUR PIN CODE!!!" Usually it's at the bottom of the email, it's usually a 12-digit or 16-digit number, somewhere near the telephone number to call for a reservation, and there will be dates when it's applicable. I say this because some people have missed the code altogether.

My code that the resv agent gave me was a 15 digit one....is it not really a code?

One more question...

How often do you call to check for a pin? I want to make sure I stay on top of it, but don't want to be known as the annoying one. lol

I called every other day for a couple weeks then I laid off and waited a week! That's when it showed up! good luck! You also need a cs agent willing to actually LOOK for you. I was on hold for 10 minutes while she scoured all my email accts!
