sorry this happened to you, i lost my camera about 7 years ago out of my backpack when bell services came to take the luggage, it probably fell out. I was upset and sad, but go figure about 3 weeks later it showed up in the mail with all the pictures PRINTED OUT!!! it was a nice surprise and the letter was from the FD of the resort and they said "good thing you had your address on the camera" it was soo nice!

That's a great story! I like how they printed your pics for you. Do you think there will be extra footage on camcorder's tape? Hopefully not! I shudder to think!

lost my wallet last year in the magic kingdom, they had it in lost and found, and fed ex it to my house the next day and all my cc and money were still in there! whoo hoo! glad they found your camera and video!

Bell services found it in long term storage! It is on it's way home with the TAPE!!!! So happy I could cry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for suggesting claims!

That's really cool. I once left a souvi t-shirt under the canopy of rented stroller at MGM. The stroller rental folks went and found and mailed it to us. Only at Disney.

I'm glad they found it!

Several years ago when we were in WDW, we lost our camcorder. It was our DD's first trip (she was almost 2). We realized it was missing when we arrived back at the GF and it was late (MK had just closed) We thought we might have left it in the MK. So, someone from the hotel accompanied my husband back to the MK where he met a "security" CM who WALKED HIM ALL AROUND THE MK LOOKING FOR THE CAMERA!! But they didn't find it. We were really upset. Later that night, we got a call from the hotel saying that they found it on the monorail and would deliver it to us in the morning. We truly appreciated and were amazed by all the attention they gave us. It was a great story of the magic that can happen. I hope that it would still happen at WDW on a regular basis.
