Who do I call?

When I called Disney Travel there was a CM who was so helpful...this is the second time I've talked to her and she really goes above and beyond. She even called me back at home to tell me she could offer me even more of a discount at the GCH! So I was wondering who I can call to let them know she does an amazing job? I think when CM's do so well they deserve to be reconized so I want to let someone at Disney know how helpful she was

Call the same number that you did when you 1st spoke w/her and ask to speak with a lead or supervisor.

oh, i should do that, too! when i called to make my reservations the person who helped me was not only really helpful, but really funny, too and we lol'd the whole time. i think i even wrote down her name.

That is soo wonderful

I swear, every time I have to call for info, hotel ressies, or disney dining they are ALL so fantastic. Even though some may disagree, I think Disney does a pretty great job with their customer service
